Hotel policy
Warranty Policy
- a valid credit card is required when booking;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any bookings without prior notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activity related to payments received in full
Children Policy
- Children under 7 years of age: free;
- Children from 7 to 14 years old: additional payment of UAH 900 per person per room per day;
- Child from 14 years old or additional adult: additional payment of UAH 1,500 per person per room per day;
Cancellation/Change Policy
- If canceled/changed 72 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged;
- If a cancellation/change is made within 72 hours, including a reservation made within 72 hours of arrival, the cost of the first night's stay will be charged;
- In case of no-show, 100% of the room price will be charged;
Policy for living with animals
- Accommodation is possible only with dogs up to 3 kg;
- Accommodation with dogs is possible only in "Cottage" rooms;
- Visiting restaurants with dogs is prohibited!; - The administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation with pets that do not match the category, for the safety of other guests;
- In case of non-compliance with the rules, a fine of UAH 700 is charged;
